PhotoStitch into Rectangle

Use the PhotoStitch into Rectangle option to create a new embroidery in the PhotoStitch Assistant that is a best-fit to a rectangular area you draw on the mySewnet™ Embroidery screen.

• In the Create window

  

   of the Control Panel

  

  click PhotoStitch  > PhotoStitch into Rectangle

• Choose Assistants > PhotoStitch > PhotoStitch into Rectangle

Use PhotoStitch into Rectangle

1. In the Create window

   

    of the Control Panel

   

    click PhotoStitch  > PhotoStitch into Rectangle. The mouse pointer changes to the draw rectangle pointer 

   

   .

2. Drag to draw a rectangle of the desired size on the work area. When you release the mouse button, the Choose Picture page of the PhotoStitch Assistant appears.

If the rectangle is wrong and you wish to try again, click Cancel when the PhotoStitch Assistant appears. Then click PhotoStitch into Rectangle again.

3. Choose a picture.

4. Step through the rest of the PhotoStitch Assistant.

When you finish, the new embroidery is placed where you drew the rectangle, and will fit the rectangle proportionally, depending on the picture shape.

5. If desired, add a frame or border to the PhotoStitch. See Frames, Borders & Underlines.

6. Use Save, then Export to keep the new embroidery.

Note: When the new embroidery is saved, it is combined with any other embroideries that are on the mySewnet™ Embroidery screen.
