The overview window at the bottom of the Design Panel gives a small overview of the whole work area for the current embroidery window.
When you zoom in, a box is shown around the area that is currently visible in the main window. Click and drag the box to move to another part of the window.
If there are stitches hidden for the current embroidery, these will also be hidden in the Overview Window.
