Creating with Quick Create

Use the QuickStitch™ and QuickTrace functions to create new stitch objects (lines, fills or holes) by using color areas in the background picture.

Select the desired QuickStitch™ or QuickTrace function, then click your chosen part of the picture. Adjust Color Tolerance (if enabled), then click OK to create the object.

Using QuickStitch™ and QuickTrace
  1. Set stitch options. See Select a Stitch Type.

  2. Select the Quick Create Quick_Create_toolbar_icon03407.jpg toolbar.

  3. Select a QuickStitch™ or QuickTrace function, according to the type of object you want. See Select a Stitch Type.

  4. Click the desired part of the picture with the Cross pointer Cross_pointer03409.jpg; an area for QuickStitch™ functions, or a line for QuickTrace functions.

  5. If Color Tolerance is enabled, the color area is highlighted. Adjust tolerance, if desired.

  6. Click OK to create the object(s).

Note: If Color Tolerance is not enabled, the object(s) are created immediately.
