Use Insert
to insert an existing embroidery into your current project. Use Windows® Explorer to select an embroidery by key words in the file name or Notes, or to Load Embroideries with Drag and Drop. -
Use Paste
or Paste into Center 
to insert a file from the clipboard. -
Open Recently Used Embroideries with File, Recent.
