Use Insert from Gallery 
to select a design from one of the Design Galleries.
See Ribbon Gallery Designs, Yarn Gallery Designs, String of Beads Gallery Designs and Decoration Gallery Designs.
Load a Gallery Design
In the Category section of the Embellish window 
, select an Embellishment type, then select Insert from Gallery 
. In the Viewer, scroll down and click to highlight the desired design. Click OK to load the design.
