Use Twirl
to move stitches around the point where you click, like a swirling spiral. Twirl moves the stitches clockwise around the click point, or hold Shift and click for a counter-clockwise Twirl.
Click Twirl, then click or shift-click the required points on the embroidery to morph stitches around those points. Right-click to deselect.
