First, confirm that the mySewnet™ Machine app is running. mySewnet™ Machine appears as a machine icon TruE_Machine_menu_bar_icon.jpg in the menu bar.

If mySewnet™ Machine is not running, start it.

Second, confirm that the mySewnet™ Machine app is communicating with your embroidery machine.
