Use Remove from Selection Remove_From_Selection_icon00253.jpg to remove the new selection from the currently selected area.

Remove an area from a Selection

  1. Place an image on the Canvas.

  2. Use Box Select Box_Select_icon_dp00255.jpg (or another selection tool) to select some an area.

  3. Click Remove From Selection Remove_From_Selection_icon00257.jpg.

  4. Using Box Select Box_Select_icon_dp00259.jpg, select an area within your selection.

The new selection is removed from your original selection.
