Alignment Tools

The Alignment tools allow embroideries and groups to be aligned precisely.

The Alignment tools are only available when more than one embroidery or group is selected. See Multiple Select Features.

Select the embroideries and groups that you want to align, then use one of the alignment tools. Embroideries can be aligned horizontally or vertically. They can also be centered.

Horizontal Alignment

Align Left

aligns all selected embroideries and groups with the left edge of the design furthest to the left.

Home Tab, Alignment Drop-Down:
Keys: Alt, H, A, H, L

Align Center

Align Center (Center Horizontally)

centers all selected embroideries and groups horizontally relative to each other.

Shortcuts

Home Tab, Alignment Drop-Down:
Keys: Alt, H, A, H, C

Align Right

aligns all selected embroideries and groups with the right edge of the design furthest to the right.

Distribute Horizontally

aligns all selected embroideries and groups to be equally spaced horizontally.

Vertical Alignment

Align Top

aligns all selected embroideries and groups with the top edge of the highest design.

Align Middle

Align Middle (Center Vertically)

centers all selected embroideries and groups vertically relative to each other.

Align Bottom

aligns all selected embroideries and groups with the bottom edge of the lowest design.

Distribute Vertically

aligns all selected embroideries and groups to be equally spaced vertically.
