The character size varies according to the chosen Stitch Type. The initial settings are within the recommended range. The sizes available are:

Output Size Range is used for fonts created for use with mySewnet™ Embroidery Software. The Minimum and Maximum sizes are the recommended sizes for the font. The preview shows the middle size in the range.
