The frame is placed at a size to fit around the selected embroidery. If there is no selected embroidery, the frame default size is used.
Margin leaves a space between the embroidery and the frame around it.
Click the arrows to set Frame margin from -50mm to 50mm.
Crop the embroidery when placing the frame, so that no margin is visible. If required, the embroidery will be cut to fit the shape of the frame.
For example, a circular frame will crop a rectangular embroidery to a circle, with no visible margins. If the original embroidery is portrait shaped, it is recommended to use the portrait style frame.
Group the frame with the embroidery when it is placed on the work area.
Note: Group should usually be selected, particularly when Crop is used. If Group is not selected, the frame can be moved separately. Deselect Group if you want to move the frame after placing it. Use Reveal Groups when changing stitch properties in a grouped embroidery or frame.
