First, confirm that the mySewnet™ Connect app is running. mySewnet™ Connect appears as a machine icon in the menu bar.
If mySewnet™ Connect is not running, start it.
Click the mySewnet™ Connect icon in the Launchpad , or double-click the mySewnet™ Connect icon in the Finder

Second, confirm that the mySewnet™ Connect app is communicating with your embroidery machine.
