"How do I change my personal information for my software account?"

In the mySewnet tab of mySewnet™ Configure click Manage my Subscription and change your details. This does not change the registration status of your software, but it does allow you to change your personal information and/or dealer information.

"How do I activate my software on my computer?"

You can activate your software on your computer in the mySewnet tab of mySewnet™ Configure.

"How can I move my activation to another computer?"

You can move your activation to another computer.

  1. In the mySewnet page of mySewnet™ Configure click the Deactivate button. A warning message is displayed.

  2. Click OK to remove the activation from the computer (or Cancel to retain the activation).

You will then be able to install and activate your software on another computer.
