Use Paste 
to paste the stitches on the clipboard back into the design.
The block is attached to the last stitch, unless Insert Mode 
is on (highlighted) and a stitch is selected, so that the block will be attached to the selected stitch.
If a block is already selected, the newly pasted block is added to the end of the embroidery.
