Use Paste to paste the embroidery or block of stitches in the Clipboard into the work area, at the same place it was cut or copied from. The pasted embroidery is automatically selected, ready to be moved and manipulated as required.
To Paste an embroidery or stitches

Click Actions
on the toolbar and choose Paste. -
Choose Edit > Paste.

Press ⌘V

Control–click and choose Paste.
