Use Move and Rotate Background 
to move the background that you have placed behind your embroideries. The mouse pointer changes to a four-headed arrow

Move a Background

Click the Move Background
button on the toolbar.

Choose View > Move Background.

Press ⌥⌘K
Using Move Background

Click the Move Background button
. The mouse pointer changes to a four-headed arrow 
.
Alternatively, choose View > Move Background (or press ⌥⌘K). -
Drag the garment or fabric background around the hoop or project area.

When the background is in the desired location, Control–click to deselect the function.
