Use Pick Fill Color 
to select a color from the drawing or background as the new line color for drawing.
Use Remove Fill Color 
to create a closed line with no fill inside.

In the Draw Tab
of the Design Panel 
, click the Pick Fill Color 
button, then click the desired color in the drawing or background.
Pick a new fill color

In the Draw Tab
of the Design Panel 
, click Pick Fill Color

Click the desired color in the drawing or background.

Use that color for drawing.
