Use Pick Color
to select a color from the picture on the screen and make it color in the Color box.
This is useful for choosing colors from the picture for drawing that do not appear in the Color palette.
To use Pick Color

In the Paint Tab
of the Design Panel 
, in the Color / Intensity section click Pick Color 
, then click to select a color from the picture.
