First, confirm that the mySewnet™ Connect app is running. mySewnet™ Connect appears as a machine icon TruE_Machine_menu_bar_icon02288.jpg in the menu bar.

If mySewnet™ Connect is not running, start it.

Second, confirm that the mySewnet™ Connect app is communicating with your embroidery machine.
