Use Paste to insert the contents of the Clipboard into the embroidery by attaching it to the last currently visible stitch.
Note: To insert a block at any stitch, use any of the controls in the Design window or Control Strip that change the End stitch in the Draw Range. Alternatively, start a New embroidery and Paste the stitches as the new embroidery.
A pasted block is automatically selected with Box Select so that it is ready to be moved and manipulated as required.
To Paste an embroidery

Click Actions
on the toolbar and choose Paste. -
Choose Edit > Paste.

Press ⌘V

Control–click and choose Paste.
