Use Rotate 90 
to rotate a selection in 90 degree steps.
Note: When a selection is rotated, the size of the selection box may change. This helps to show the position the selection will take each time it is rotated.
To Rotate by 90 Degrees

Select an area of the design, then in the Design window click Rotate 90
to rotate the selection.
